Choose this set for restorative grease, grime and discoloration cleaning on ceramic or porcelain tile and grout. The included stiff-nylon brush is a handheld tool for working grout lines. Identify the tile and grout type before applying the cleaner and retain the complete bottle precautions.

Check tile, grout and existing sealer

Use only on ceramic or porcelain tile and grout. Do not use on natural stone or epoxy grout. The cleaner can etch natural stone and removes existing grout sealer. It can be used on white or colored grout within its intended material scope. Consider the existing finish and plans for resealing before beginning a restorative cleaning job.

Work floor grout in small sections

Shake the bottle well and apply to the tile and grout as directed. For the floor method, work in small areas of approximately six to ten square feet, allowing five to ten minutes of dwell time before agitating with a good stiff-bristle grout brush. Follow the current bottle directions for the particular application and complete each section before proceeding.

Rinse each floor section promptly

After brushing a floor section, rinse and mop it immediately with hot water, then towel dry as directed. Keep the cleanup step part of the process, rather than leaving the cleaner on the floor to dry. Protect stainless-steel appliances and other flooring with plastic according to the manufacturer’s floor instructions, and observe the material restrictions throughout the job.

Allow drying time before evaluating or sealing

Allow about twenty-four hours after cleaning to see the grout’s dry color and results before resealing. This is a restorative cleaner that removes sealer, so plan subsequent care according to the grout and sealer instructions. Observe the complete safety label; the manufacturer recommends ventilation for odor sensitivity and gloves for sensitive skin. The handheld brush and single bottle define this set’s included components.

Product specifications

Product specifications

Brand

Clean-eez

UPC / GTIN

707581876757

Product type

Restorative tile-and-grout cleaner with handheld brush

Included contents

1 bottle plus 1 V-shaped stiff-nylon handheld grout brush

Bottle volume

32 fl oz; 1 quart; 946 mL

Material scope

Ceramic or porcelain tile and grout; white or colored grout

Exclusions

No natural stone or epoxy grout

Sealer effect

Removes existing sealer

Floor method

Shake; small6–10sqft sections; dwell5–10minutes; stiff-brush agitation; immediately hot-water rinse/mop; towel dry

After cleaning

Allow about24hours for dry color/results and before sealing

Machine use

Excluded; requires dwell time

Precautions

Full bottle label; manufacturer advises ventilation for odor sensitivity and gloves for sensitive skin

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/9828/7855/files/clean-eez-grout-eez-bottle-with-handheld-brush.jpg?v=1789817442
zep-commercial-grout-cleaner
Zep Commercial Grout Cleaner and Protectant, Morning Dew Scent, 32 fl oz

Zep Commercial Grout Cleaner and Protectant, 32 fl oz, is formulated for use on floor grout lines to clean and whiten grout and remove light rust stains from concrete with little or no scrubbing.
