The Smokers formula targets stubborn discoloration associated with coffee, tea and tobacco. Its Mint Fresh presentation and fifteen-minute soak distinguish it from the separate three-minute and overnight Polident formulas. Choose the cleaning routine that matches this box rather than applying the timing from another Polident product with similar green packaging.

Prepare the bath and allow fifteen minutes

Drop one tablet into enough very warm water to cover the appliance; the water should not be hot. Add the removed denture or other suitable dental appliance and ensure it is fully submerged. Leave it soaking for fifteen minutes. The tablet creates a cleansing solution around the appliance, reaching areas that can be awkward to access directly with a brush. Keep the soaking container separate from drinking water.

Brush and rinse before returning it to your mouth

At the end of the soak, use a soft brush and the cleansing solution to brush the appliance. Discard the remaining liquid immediately after use. Rinse the appliance thoroughly under running water before wearing it again. The rinse is a required part of the process, rather than an optional finishing step. Polident identifies this formula for common full dentures, partial dentures, retainers, aligners and mouthguards; check the care instructions supplied with your particular appliance.

Handle the tablets as a cleaning product

Keep the tablets and prepared solution away from children and anyone at risk of accidental swallowing. Neither belongs directly in the mouth, and the solution must not be swallowed or used as mouthwash. Avoid touching your eyes or mouth after handling it, and wash your hands thoroughly. Do not use damaged inner packs or use the cleanser if you are sensitive to its ingredients. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

Product specifications

Product specifications

Brand

Polident

UPC / GTIN

310158360117

Formula

Smokers; Mint Fresh

Quantity

90 tablets

Format

Dental appliance cleanser tablets

Soak time

15 minutes

Water

Very warm, not hot; enough to cover appliance

Finish

Soft brush with solution; discard liquid; rinse thoroughly under running water

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/9828/7855/files/polident-smokers-cleanser-front-box.jpg?v=1789816695
