Charmin Essentials is a favorite of mine because it's very soft, strong, and durable, and each roll lasts ages, so it's a good value for the quality. It does the job, it's soft without being too thick, and it's strong enough to hold up without ripping easily. All in all, it's a great toilet paper.

I'd been buying this toilet paper for months, and it was great until they changed it! The package looks the same, but the print and design are different, and the paper is thinner, rougher, and just not the same. I was so glad to have found a good toilet paper at a good price, and I'm really disappointed they changed it, especially since I just bought a big pack. I've got a few sheets left from the old package, and the difference is huge! They'd have had a lifelong customer, but not anymore.

This is a toilet paper that's easy on the budget. I really like that it isn't super thin or prone to falling apart, and it's safe for septic tanks. The 6 roll packs come with 429 sheets per roll, and for that much paper at this quality, the price is great. It's a little rough for my taste, so next time I'll try the soft version.

This one ply is the original that Mr. Whipple meant with "don't squeeze the Charmin." In my opinion, 2 ply is such a waste.

I've been a Charmin user for years. A few weeks back I grabbed the Essentials Strong by mistake instead of the regular Strong. It's THE WORST toilet paper I've ever bought, with the possible exception of Scott. It's a single ply as thin as tissue paper, and it rips if you look at it funny. Since it's opened, the store won't let me return it. I considered giving it to the church near me, but I wouldn't wish this junk on anybody! A reputable company wouldn't put STRONG on this package, because it's misleading and there's nothing strong about it! I bet if Charmin's Board of Directors had to use it for a week, they'd discontinue it!

No bottom should have to deal with toilet paper bits left behind, and this stuff doesn't leave any. The rolls last a long time. It's thin, but it's awesome. No more fishing toilet paper lint out of my yaya!
