Directions
To clean and remove allergens (1): Wipe surface clean with this product. Let air dry. To disinfect and deodorize hard, nonporous surfaces: For visibly soiled surfaces, clean first. Wipe surface; use enough wipes for treated surface to remain visibly wet for 4 min. Let dry. For surfaces that may come in contact with food, a potable water rinse is required. To prevent bacteria growth on non food contact surfaces, for up to 96 hr: Wipe surface until visibly wet. Air dry. (1) Pet dander, dust mite matter, pollen particles, grass.

How long does the surface need to stay wet?
For the contact time on the label, which in practice means going over it twice. A surface that dries in thirty seconds has been cleaned, not disinfected.
