FEBREZE WARMER HAS A BLUE LIGHT THAT: Flashes Twice When First Plugged In To Show It's Working. Flashes Continuously When It May Be Time For A New Refill. 1. Remove warmer and discard empty bottle unit. From new refill, unscrew both caps and discard. 2. Insert bottle unit completely into warmer until you hear a click. 3. Adjust warmer to desired intensity. 4. Insert warmer unit UPRIGHT into outlet. Rotate plug if necessary. Placing warmer on its side or upside down will cause leakage. 5.
