Is it non-stick?

Yes, listed with a non-stick feature.

Is it greaseproof?

Yes, greaseproof is a listed feature alongside non-stick.

What color is it?

White, with no printing or dye added.

What form does it come in?

Can I use it for baking?

Yes, baking is the most mentioned use in the positive reviews, lining pans and sheets so food releases without sticking.

Can I use it in the oven at high heat?

Parchment paper is awesome!

Can't believe I never knew about this "magical paper" to bake with. Also, if it's your first time and it's cumbersome, remember it's just paper-fold it, cut it, or watch a quick video on how to work with it. Don't know how I've gone this long on tin foil alone.

Very easy cleanup

Perfect for baking and under anything sticky you don't feel like cleaning up after. Use under the rack of my roasting pan-great for roasted veggies, homemade jerky, crunchy fries, etc. Parchment liner makes for easy-peasy cleanup.

Reliable parchment paper for holiday treats

Recently used Great Value non-stick parchment to bake Christmas cookies for my pastor-worked perfectly. Very easy to use and fits standard baking sheets well. Best part: truly non-stick. Cookies slid right off without breaking or leaving crumbs, which made them look professional and neat for the gift. Also kept pans clean so I didn't spend a lot of time scrubbing. Great price vs. other brands but still performs just as well. Held up in the hot oven without issues and helped cookies bake evenly. Felt confident using it so treats for my pastor turned out just right. Recommend to anyone who wants an affordable way to make baking and cleanup easier during the holidays.

Awesome price, cutter got dull

Works great and really good value. Does exactly what you need-non-stick, easy to use, fits perfectly on my pans.
Only reason I took off one star for quality: the cutter edge on the box. After a while it got dull and the cardboard a little flimsy, so I had to hold it tight for a clean tear. Hopefully just a fluke. Other than that, perfect. Definitely buying another to give it another chance!

TIP #1: Pull aluminum foil plus parchment the same width as the oven rack. Place foil on the bottom, parchment on top. TIP #2: From my experience cookie dough temperature SHOULD BE COLD and conveniently cut into squares. TIP #3: Set oven and let it reach proper temp. Wash your hands. Next, foil and parchment-yes it'll be hot; use a proper oven mitt to move the lower rack and place cold squares on the parchment. Use a butter knife or plastic knife to remove cold squares from the package. TIP #4: Set a timer for nine minutes. After nine, open and check for a tan ring around cookies. Set timer again for four minutes-you should see a golden brown ring coming up. Depends if you like hard, chewy, or gooey. For safety, don't eat them raw-and let's be clear, don't cook them raw either. Firm grip on upper left to mid corner of parchment and foil, same for the right lower, carefully place cookies on the counter. Let cool; place foil over them-they're still slowly cooking and cooling. TIP #5: Glass container with a firm lid is best to keep cookies fresh-and you can hear who's opening it. Lastly throw away the parchment, save the foil. Wash your hands. Nothing to clean afterward and you just deserve a cookie. To the reader: peace be with you, and may you live to find joy and peace.
