Product details
Nordic Ware 9" Round Layer Cake Pan is a single uncoated aluminum pan for baking layer cakes, ice cream cakes and similar desserts. Made from natural aluminum for even heating and browning; recommended for use with nylon, wood or silicone utensils to avoid surface scratches.
Care for the pan by hand washing in warm soapy water; dishwasher use is not advised because dishwasher detergents can cause cosmetic discoloration that does not affect baking performance.
