Oral-B Plus Scope Nighttime Dental Guard is a thin, flexible mouthpiece designed to help reduce teeth grinding during sleep and freshen breath with Scope Original Mint flavor. It is one-size-fits-all for adults and is intended for at-home nighttime use.

The kit includes a mouthguard, an impression tray for a custom fit formed with a short microwave step, and a storage case. The materials are BPA-free and latex-free plastic and silicone. Do not use with braces, loose teeth, or if you have TMJ, tooth or jaw pain.

Dentist-backed Oral-B for grind and snore

I bought Oral-B, not a cheaper generic, because my dentist said to. Wanted a sleep guard without the costly custom version. Might buy 2 to 3 a year and the price is fair. I grind with a hard bite and this handles that. I also snore and used Z-Quiet and others for years. Z-Quiet was best in that category. Dentist asked if I had considered an Oral-B style guard for snoring and mild sleep apnea symptoms, and explained teeth alignment. A couple months on Oral-B and there is a significant difference in how I sleep and wake. Might want your dentist to explain it. Z-Quiet was good for years, but Oral-B has made a strong difference for me.

No more waking clenched

Works perfectly for me. I no longer wake up with clenched teeth. Fairly easy to customize and comfy enough that I fall asleep with it in. I clean it with a toothbrush and toothpaste, then a quick soak in mouthwash.

Microwave night guard vs dentist tray

Making a night guard with the Oral-B kit is way better than having a dentist make one. The dentist uses a tray of gloppy stuff that makes you feel like you will choke. This one is made in the microwave in a few minutes. Protect your teeth the more comfortable way.

Slimmer replacement, more comfort

Surprised when this replacement arrived because my old one was much bulkier. Followed the instructions, except I used boiling water in a bowl instead of a microwave to soften it. End result is great. The slimmer guard clips in just as firmly and is so much more comfortable.
