Is it 1-ply?
Yes. A single thin ply is what allows 1,000 sheets on a standard roll and what makes it break down quickly in a drain.
Is it septic safe?
Yes, and it is the strongest case for it in the range. It carries clog-free, dissolving, and septic safe ratings together, which suits septic tanks, RV tanks, and older plumbing.
Why does it feel thin?
Because it is 1-ply. People moving from a 2-ply or 3-ply notice it immediately and generally use more sheets. If cushioning matters more than drain safety, a 2-ply is the better fit.
