What is included?
This pack contains four Soft Scrub Duo-Cubes, with a total net weight of 7.04 oz (200g).
What scent do they have?
These Duo-Cubes have the Alpine Fresh fragrance.
What type of cleaner are the cubes?
They are solid in-tank toilet-cleaning tablets or bars that clean and freshen with flushing.
What stains are they intended to fight?
They help fight toilet ring, hard-water and limescale stains.
Should I clean the bowl before adding a cube?
Yes. The directions say to clean the toilet bowl thoroughly first for best results.
Should I remove the wrap from the cube?
No. Leave the protective wrap on the cube because it is water soluble.
Where should I put the cube?
Remove the tank lid and flush. When the water is low, drop one cube near the tank side wall, away from the water-valve opening on the bottom.
How long should I wait before flushing again?
Wait 10 minutes after placing the cube before flushing again.
How will I know when to replace it?
When the water is no longer blue, the directions indicate that the cube is gone. Each cube is described as lasting up to four weeks, not a guaranteed four weeks.
Will the cubes clear a clog?
No. The anti-clogging feature is intended to help dissolve toilet-paper residue over time; the product is not a clog remover.
Where should I keep unused cubes?
Store unused cubes out of reach of children and pets.
