About this product
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain dishwasher pods, 57 count
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain supplies 57 premeasured automatic dishwasher detergent pods in one tub. Each ActionPac brings a liquid top and powder portion together in a single dose. Mountain identifies this tub's fragrance choice. Select the 57-count format when you want individual detergent doses ready for dishwasher-safe dishes, glasses, and cookware, with the product line, scent, and count clearly identified on the original container.
Food-residue removal with Dawn grease-fighting power
Cascade describes Platinum Plus as providing up to 100% food-residue removal and identifies the grease-fighting power of Dawn within the detergent. Its cleaning description includes visible and invisible residues and dried-on food. Keep the up-to qualification with the food-removal claim when comparing detergent options. Use the product under its dosing instructions and choose a suitable dishwasher cycle for the items and soil level in the load.
Help prevent hard-water spots and filming
The product information describes helping prevent hard-water spots and filming for virtually spot-free, shiny dishes. Follow the appliance's requirements for water, cycle selection, and loading as part of the washing routine. Check glassware and cookware care before placing them in the machine, including any restrictions for decorative finishes or coatings. Select detergent and a cycle that fit the dishwasher and the items you are cleaning.
Mountain fragrance and named ingredient examples
Fragrances and colorants are among the named ingredient categories in these scented pods. Other ingredient examples include sodium carbonate, trisodium dicarboxymethyl alaninate, sodium carbonate peroxide, subtilisin, amylase enzyme, and polyvinyl alcohol polymer. Check the actual tub's complete ingredient information when choosing according to ingredients or fragrance. Keep Mountain with the Platinum Plus line and 57-count quantity when identifying the intended detergent variant.
One intact pod in the main detergent dispenser
Always handle ActionPacs with dry hands. Place one pod in the main detergent dispenser and close its door. Do not unwrap or puncture the pac, and do not pull apart pacs that have stuck together. Cascade's directions call for one ActionPac for one load. Keep the dose intact and use the designated dispenser so the machine can release detergent during its normal washing process.
Scrape, load, and keep the dispenser door clear
The tub illustrates scraping food from the dish, loading the dishwasher, and completing the wash. Follow your appliance's loading instructions for the items being cleaned, and make sure they are dishwasher safe. Cascade's use guidance calls for keeping the detergent dispenser door clear so it can open properly. Pay attention to larger pans and utensils positioned near that door when arranging the load.
Close the tub after removing a dose
Close the tub after each use and retain the original directions with the remaining pods. Finish wet handling tasks before reaching for a dose so your hands are dry at that step. The tub holds 57 individual detergent pacs, supplying 57 doses at the one-pac-per-load rate. How long the quantity lasts depends on how often your household runs a dishwasher load.

Love how clean my dishes and dishwasher are after these. Other brands just weren't cutting it. When you open the dishwasher after a wash there's a nice fresh, clean scent. Totally recommend for a clean dishwasher and dishes.

Wayyyyyyy better than Cascade liquid. Wish the price were lower and that Cascade made good products at every price tier. But this one actually gets the residue off. I was ready to swear off dishwashers if they didn't get it right with this one.

I used to buy the rival brand of these pods and only ordered these because the others were out of stock-AND I NEVER LOOKED BACK!! This large box is so convenient and a better bang for your buck. Cleans the greasiest, dirtiest dishes and makes the dishwasher smell so nice when the wash is done.

Easy to use-just pop one in the soap dispenser, load, turn on, and forget it! One tip: ALWAYS make sure your hands are completely dry when handling the pods, especially pulling them from the container. Any moisture makes them break down and stick together-a mess. Also store away from heat sources like the cabinet next to the stove or dishwasher.

About this product
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain, nine dishwasher pods
This Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain pack contains nine ActionPacs in a resealable bag. The pods are premeasured automatic dishwasher detergent doses, combining liquid and powder components inside water-soluble film. Choose this nine-count size when you want a smaller supply of the Mountain-scent Platinum Plus formula while keeping the same one-pac-per-load dispensing routine.
Food residue and grease cleaning
Platinum Plus is designed for up to 100% food-residue removal, working on dried-on food and greasy messes. It addresses visible and invisible residues for virtually spot-free, shiny dishes. Scrape large food scraps away, check that the dishes and cookware are dishwasher safe, and load according to the machine's instructions before adding the detergent dose.
Keep the cleaning comparisons with their benchmarks
The two-times Dawn grease-fighting and two-times scrubbing-power claims are based on cleaning ingredients versus Cascade Complete ActionPacs. The 40% larger liquid-top claim compares Platinum Plus with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs. These are separate comparisons. The larger liquid top is designed to fit the detergent dispenser, and the appliance's own loading and dispensing instructions should still guide use.
Enzymes and other cleaning components
The formula includes subtilisin and amylase enzyme to help address protein and starchy food soils. Other ingredient examples include trisodium dicarboxymethyl alaninate, sodium carbonate, and sodium carbonate peroxide. Sodium carbonate peroxide contributes oxygen-based stain cleaning as part of the formula. The ingredients are brought together within one pac, so you do not need to measure loose powder or liquid.
Mountain scent and hard-water spot prevention
This Mountain version contains fragrances and colorants. Its colorants include Acid Yellow 17, Acid Blue 182, Acid Blue 3, and Acid Red 33. Polyvinyl alcohol polymer forms the water-soluble film around the dose. The detergent is phosphate free and formulated to help prevent hard-water spots and filming. Follow the dishes' individual care requirements and the dishwasher's operating guidance along with using the detergent. The Mountain scent, Platinum Plus line, nine-pac count, and resealable bag distinguish this particular pack.
Place one intact ActionPac in the main cup
With dry hands, take one pac from the bag, put it in the main detergent dispenser, and shut the dispenser door. Leave the dissolving film intact until washing. Do not unwrap or puncture the pac, and do not pull apart pacs that have stuck together. Close the bag again after removing the dose to protect the remaining supply.
Check the load and dispensing space
Position larger dishes, pans, and utensil handles so the dispenser can open properly under the machine's directions. Use only dishwasher-safe items and respect restrictions for particular coatings, finishes, or decorative pieces. If washing results change, consult the appliance's loading and maintenance instructions and check the dispensing area before changing the dose or adding another cleaning product.

About this product
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain, 19 dishwasher pacs
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain supplies 19 premeasured automatic dishwasher detergent pacs in one resealable bag. UPC 030772157862 identifies the Mountain-scent version and count. Choose this package when you want the Platinum Plus line in a bag that holds individual doses for successive dishwasher loads. Keep the bag and its product instructions together so the scent, formula, and handling directions remain identified throughout use.
Up to 100% food-residue removal
The package describes up to 100% food-residue removal and cleaning of visible and invisible residue. Keep “up to” with that performance statement when comparing detergents for dishes after cooking and meals. Platinum Plus product information describes soaking, scrubbing, and rinsing functions built into its cleaning approach. Use the detergent under its full directions and the loading and cycle requirements of your dishwasher.
Scrape, load, and let the dishwasher work
The Mountain package presents the routine as scrape, load, and done. Product information says you can skip prerinsing, soaking, and scrubbing dishes before loading them with Platinum Plus. Scrape food away, choose items that their manufacturers identify as dishwasher safe, and arrange them according to appliance instructions. This keeps the preparation focused on loading appropriate dishes while leaving access for water and the detergent dispenser.
Dawn grease-fighting power in the Platinum Plus line
The pacs combine Dawn grease-fighting power with food-scrubbing cleaning features. These are relevant details when choosing detergent for food residue on plates, glassware, pots, and pans that permit automatic dishwashing. Match the exact Platinum Plus Mountain product to the formula you want, then follow both dish care and appliance instructions. Select the cycle according to the dishwasher's guidance for the load being washed.
A declared formula with fragrance and named colorants
Cascade's disclosure names trisodium dicarboxymethyl alaninate, sodium carbonate, sodium carbonate peroxide, isotridecanol ethoxylated, sodium sulfate, a copolymer of acrylic and sulphonic acids, and water. It also includes PEG/PPG/propylheptyl ether, dipropylene glycol, subtilisin, tolyltriazole, fragrances, glycerin, amylase enzyme, benzotriazole, a transition metal catalyst, and polyvinyl alcohol polymer. The four named dyes are Acid Yellow 17, Acid Blue 182, Acid Blue 3, and Acid Red 33.
Use one intact pac in the main dispenser
Handle ActionPacs with dry hands and add one pac for one load. Place the intact dose in the main detergent dispenser, then close its door. Do not unwrap or puncture the pac, and do not pull apart pacs that have become stuck together. Keep larger dishes and cookware positioned so they leave the dispenser door clear to open as intended during the washing cycle.
Keep the Mountain supply in its resealable bag
Close the bag after taking out a dose, following the instruction to reseal it after each use. Mountain is the named scent, and fragrances appear in this formula's ingredient disclosure. Check the scent and ingredient declaration when deciding whether it fits your preferences. The original bag keeps those details available with the remaining pacs as you move through the 19-count supply.

About this product
Cascade Platinum Plus Mountain, 47 pods
This tub contains 47 Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs in Mountain scent. The premeasured pods combine liquid and powder cleaning components for an automatic dishwasher. Each pac supplies one load's detergent dose, so you can handle the detergent without pouring loose powder or measuring liquid. Choose this 47-count tub when you want the Platinum Plus formula in its Mountain variant.
Grease and food-residue cleaning
Platinum Plus is designed to remove up to 100% of grease and food residue while helping produce virtually spot-free, shiny dishes. Its cleaning system works on dried-on food as well as greasy soils. Follow the care directions for the dishes and cookware, scrape off larger scraps, and load the appliance as directed so the detergent can work throughout the wash.
Know the two different comparison benchmarks
Cascade's two-times Dawn grease-fighting and two-times scrubbing power claims are based on cleaning ingredients compared with Cascade Complete ActionPacs. The 40% larger liquid-top comparison uses Cascade Platinum ActionPacs as its benchmark. The pods are designed to fit the dishwasher detergent dispenser, and you should still follow your appliance's dispenser and loading instructions.
Ingredient examples within the pac
Examples include trisodium dicarboxymethyl alaninate, sodium carbonate, sodium carbonate peroxide, subtilisin, amylase enzyme, fragrances, and polyvinyl alcohol polymer. Subtilisin helps break down protein soils, while amylase targets starch. The formula combines its cleaning ingredients within a dissolving pac, bringing the detergent components together during the dishwasher cycle rather than requiring you to measure them separately.
Use one intact pac in the main dispenser
Take one ActionPac with dry hands, set it in the main detergent dispenser, and shut the dispenser door. Leave the pac intact. Avoid unwrapping or puncturing it, and do not pull pacs apart if they have stuck together. Close the tub after removing the dose so the remaining pacs stay protected between loads.
Hard-water spots and suitable loads
This phosphate-free detergent is formulated to help prevent hard-water spots and filming. Use it only with items suitable for automatic dishwashing and follow their individual care instructions. Position larger items so the detergent dispenser can open properly under the appliance's guidance. The loading arrangement, dishwasher operation, and dishware care all remain part of a successful washing routine.
Oxygen-based cleaning in a fragranced formula
Along with its enzymes, the pac uses sodium carbonate peroxide, an oxygen-based bleaching ingredient, for stain cleaning. The Mountain version also contains fragrances. Phosphate-free formulation and oxygen-based stain cleaning are both attributes of this version. Keep the pac's contents contained until the wash by leaving the water-soluble film in place rather than exposing the separate cleaning components before loading.
