Very disappointed in delivery. Left all bags outside, which can’t be done-blind people live in some apartments. I’ve told you this before. Also Assurance was split-part on one side of the hallway, part on the other. Someone has to hand things off so no one trips; blind residents can’t see. Bags are often torn and we pay for them. Carts are downstairs to help with delivery; you just can’t leave a cart or anything in the hall. Going to stop ordering if they can’t get it right. Diana Keith I want some kind of credit for the hassle and time.

Ultra soft is an understatement-plush is more like it! Rolls are packed with sheets so you replace less often, and the tear is clean so shredded bits don’t drop on the floor. Unfortunately it’s too thick for my plumbing, so I have to switch to one-ply-but if your system can handle it, this is the one.

Charmin Ultra Soft is the only toilet paper I use! My tush is particular and this is the best, in my opinion. Costs a bit more, but you don’t need half a roll to feel clean so it evens out. Plush, soft, doesn’t fall apart. I buy the large 12- or 18-packs because I still haven’t forgiven the pandemic hoarders!!!
