While they may be more expensive, these plates are so much sturdier than the cheap ones. I can use them as I would a ceramic plate and they don't leak.

If you want to avoid microplastics but still want to use disposable plates, these are the best solution. Chinet products aren't completely wet-proof or grease-proof, but they're okay as long as they don't sit too long. They also look very posh.

These are the best paper plates you can buy anywhere. Strong and durable. They will not leak through the bottom even if you're using a knife like cutting a steak! They might cost a little more, but you don't have to double them up like you do with cheaper paper plates. So in reality they're actually cheaper because you don't have to use as many.
