Cleans well; overall soft and won’t cut you if you’re not scrubbing hard. Looks cool in charcoal and my mouth feels great.

Love this brush for a quick cleanup. Mouth feels so clean and brightens teeth quickly. Good firm-yet-soft brush. True keeper-will be my first choice.

Sensitive gums, so I’m picky about brushes. This is the best I’ve found. Bristles don’t irritate my gums but still clean and reach all sides without weird angles.

Delivered to my apartment building but left at a main entrance, not the front door-never got it. Got credit for the missing item. That’s not the point. If it says leave at door, it doesn’t mean dump it outside at a random entrance.

About this product
One Soft Colgate Optic White Charcoal manual brush
This Colgate Optic White Charcoal selection contains one complete adult manual toothbrush with Soft bristles, UPC 827854024699. The selected Black version has a central polishing star and bristles arranged at different heights. It is a manual brush with its own handle and head, rather than an electric refill. Match the one-brush quantity and Soft marking when comparing another Optic White package, since the range includes multipacks and powered models.
A polishing star for surface-stain removal
The star-shaped polishing feature sits in the middle of the brushing head. It is designed to help remove surface stains while the toothbrush is moved over the teeth. This is a physical cleaning feature, not a supplied whitening gel or strip. The product’s whitening description should not be treated as a guarantee of a specific shade change or evidence that it can remove every type of tooth discoloration.
Multi-height, high-density bristles
Soft bristles of different heights surround the polishing feature. Colgate describes this high-density arrangement for cleaning between teeth and along the gumline, while the polishing star has its own central contact area. The density and height arrangement are separate from the Soft firmness marking. Compare those details when selecting the brush instead of assuming every adult brush with the Optic White name uses the same head design.
A complete brush for a manually guided routine
The brush operates without a battery, charging cable or compatible powered handle. You hold and move the complete handle yourself. Toothpaste is a separate supply; a demonstration that pairs the brush with another Optic White product does not add that product to this pack. Charcoal is the selected product name, and it should not be used to infer a loose charcoal powder, toothpaste ingredient or a particular bristle composition beyond what the package establishes.
Rinse, stand upright and replace regularly
After use, rinse the toothbrush thoroughly, shake off excess water and store it upright. The recommendation is to replace the complete toothbrush every three months. Keep the Soft identification and UPC with the package information when selecting the same format again. The single-brush quantity describes one complete tool for that routine rather than a guaranteed stain-removal result or an included supply of replacement heads.

Questions about this product
How many brushes are included, and are they powered?
This selected offer supplies one complete Soft adult manual toothbrush, UPC 827854024699. It works without a battery or charger and is not an electric replacement head. The Black Optic White Charcoal selection should be distinguished from other pack quantities and powered models in the range.
What does the polishing star do?
It is a physical feature in the center of the brushing head, designed to help remove surface stains during manual brushing. The brush does not include a bleaching gel or whitening strip, and the feature does not guarantee a particular shade change or removal of every kind of discoloration.
Does it include the toothpaste shown in product demonstrations?
No. This is a single-toothbrush offer. Toothpaste or whitening products shown alongside it are separate supplies. The high-density, multi-height Soft bristles and central polishing star belong to the brushing head; they do not mean the brush is pre-pasted.
What care and replacement does Colgate recommend?
Rinse thoroughly after use, shake off excess water and store the toothbrush upright. Replace the complete brush every three months as recommended. Retain the Soft marking and one-brush identity when comparing a replacement with other Optic White packages.

About this product
Two Soft Optic White Charcoal manual brushes
This Colgate Optic White Charcoal adult selection contains two complete Soft manual toothbrushes, UPC 827854024705. The package imagery identifies one Red and one Black toothbrush. Each has its own handle and brushing head. Keep the two-count and Soft marking when comparing single brushes or larger mixed packs, since discussions of a four-pack do not change the contents of this particular selection.
A polishing star among the bristles
The center of each brushing head contains a polishing star designed to help remove surface stains during brushing. It is a physical part of the manual head, rather than a powered attachment, toothpaste ingredient or separate whitening device. You guide the brush yourself. The Charcoal variety name and dark bristle appearance do not establish a claim about charcoal-infused material or a particular whitening result.
Multi-height, high-density Soft bristles
The Soft bristles have varying heights and a dense arrangement designed for cleaning between teeth and along the gumline. The polishing star forms another part of the head’s working surface. Soft is the selected bristle grade; it does not mean that every component of the head is a bristle or guarantee that everyone will experience the same brushing feel with this design.
Understand the separate toothpaste promotion
This package contains two toothbrushes and does not include toothpaste or a whitening pen. Colgate’s accompanying promotion about removing five years of stains concerns separate Optic White Advanced Toothpaste used twice daily for two weeks. It is not a result promised by these manual brushes alone. Consider the brushes’ own surface-stain cleaning features separately from any toothpaste or treatment you choose to use.
Rinse and replace each complete brush
After use, rinse the toothbrush thoroughly, shake off excess water and store upright. Replace each complete toothbrush every three months as recommended. If one brush is opened later than the other or they are assigned to different people, apply the replacement interval to each individual routine. The Red and Black pair is a supply of two complete tools rather than a guaranteed calendar duration for a household.

Questions about this product
Are two Black brushes included in this two-pack?
The package imagery identifies one Red and one Black toothbrush. Both are complete Soft manual Optic White Charcoal brushes, UPC 827854024705. The pack contains two toothbrushes, rather than two replacement heads for one powered handle or a four-brush mixed-color set.
What does the center polishing star do?
It is designed to help remove surface stains during manual brushing, alongside the high-density, multi-height Soft bristles. It is part of the brushing head and does not require a motor, battery or separate powered handle. No guaranteed tooth-shade change is established by the feature.
Is toothpaste included with the five-years-of-stains promotion?
No. This two-pack contains toothbrushes only. The promotion concerns separate Optic White Advanced Toothpaste used twice daily for two weeks, rather than a promised result from the brushes alone. No toothpaste tube or whitening pen is included in this selection.
How do I maintain the brushes and plan replacement?
Rinse each brush thoroughly after use, shake off excess water and store upright. Replace each complete toothbrush every three months. Keep track of each brush separately if they enter use at different times, and match the Soft marking and exact two-pack identity when buying again.
