Directions
Use in place of your normal dish soap. Scrape of excess food from your dishes. Do not soak in water. Fully squeeze trigger and spray directly on dishes for fast, continuous coverage. For lightly soiled dishes: just rinse with water. For heavily soiled dishes: first allow suds to sit for a few minutes, then wipe and rinse. If your starter kit is running low, it might be time for a REFILL! Here's how: 1. Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning counter-clockwise to release. 2. Remove and discard disposable cap from refill bottle. 3. Place the sprayer on full REFILL bottle and give 1/4 turn in clockwise fashion to secure.

Questions about this product
How much is in the starter kit?
16 fl oz of Platinum Powerwash spray, plus the sprayer that becomes reusable with refills.
What scent is it?
Lemon, in the citrus scent family, printed right on the bottle.
Is it antibacterial?
Yes, listed with antibacterial ingredient properties.
How do I use it in place of dish soap?
Scrape excess food from dishes first, then spray directly onto them rather than diluting it in a sink of water.
Do I need to soak dishes first?
No, the label says not to soak; the spray is meant to be applied directly rather than used in a soaking basin.
How do I handle lightly soiled dishes?
Just rinse with water after spraying; light soil doesn't need extra dwell time.
How do I handle heavily soiled dishes?
Let the suds sit for a few minutes first, then wipe and rinse.
Is it a concentrate?
Yes, listed with a concentrate feature, so the spray is stronger per pump than a diluted dish soap.
How do I refill the starter kit bottle?
Turn the sprayer counterclockwise to remove it from the empty bottle, discard the disposable cap on the refill bottle, then place the sprayer on the full refill and turn it a quarter turn clockwise to secure it.
Why do some reviewers say it doesn't last long?
Long and last are repeated complaint words; a starter kit is only 16 fl oz, and the spray format uses more product per pump than a squeeze bottle, so it runs out faster than a full-size bottle of liquid dish soap.
Does it suds up like regular dish soap?
Suds is a mixed word in the reviews; the spray produces foam on contact rather than building suds in a full sink, which is the main difference buyers notice switching from a traditional liquid.
