GuruNanda Coconut & Cinnamon Oil Pulling is an 8 fl oz Ayurvedic-style oral rinse made with a fractionated coconut oil base and a blend of herbs and vitamins including ashwagandha, cinnamon, neem, clove, cardamom, tea tree and vitamins D, E and K2. It is intended for adults and supervised children 12 and up to use as an oil-pulling rinse to support fresher breath and gum care.
Use daily on an empty stomach: swish 10–15 ml gently for two minutes, gradually increasing up to 10 minutes, then spit out. Stop use if you experience any reaction or discomfort and consult a doctor.
