Directions
Shake well. Pour 10–15 mL of GuruNanda®️ Oil Pulling Oral Rinse into your mouth. Gently swish between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Spit the oil into a bin to avoid clogging pipes, then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. DO NOT SWALLOW. Always brush your teeth AFTER using GuruNanda®️ Oil Pulling Oral Rinse. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining. Ayurvedic tradition recommends tongue scraping as an additional wellness practice.
