We spray this into the A/C vents with the A/C off to help prevent mold. We do it about once a week, at a time when it can stay off for at least 8 hours. We also use it to kill germs in the bathroom and kitchen. We make sure nobody will be in the room when we spray it, because breathing it in isn't good for you.
