About this product

Pledge Expert Care wood oil trigger spray - Orange. This option contains 6 bottles × 16 fl oz · 96 fl oz total.

Six bottles of orange-scented Pledge Wood Oil

This offer supplies six 16-fluid-ounce trigger bottles of Pledge Expert Care Wood Oil with an orange scent, for 96 fluid ounces altogether. The case is identified by model 26363. It is a furniture-conditioning oil intended to moisturize and revive the appearance of suitable wood surfaces. The six-bottle quantity is useful when stocking separate cleaning locations or maintaining several pieces of furniture.

Match the treatment to the furniture finish

Use on suitable sealed wood, sealed leather or laminate furniture after checking the finish and testing an inconspicuous area; keep this oil off floors because it can make them slippery. Check the furniture maker’s care guidance before applying an oil-based treatment. Evaluate the test area before treating the visible surface, particularly when the finish or previous care products are unknown.

Work with the grain and remove the excess

Turn the trigger nozzle on, keep the bottle upright and apply to the surface. Work along the wood grain with a dry cloth, wait 30 seconds and wipe away excess. For heavy wax buildup, allow five minutes before wiping and repeat if necessary. The wipe-off step matters: finish the application by removing excess product rather than leaving a wet layer on the furniture.

Orange fragrance and conditioning ingredients

The listed formula contains mineral oil, isoparaffin, dimethicone and fragrance ingredients, including citrus terpenes. Orange describes the scent; the product should not be treated as pure orange juice or a food-use oil. The label identifies fragrance allergens. Consider fragrance sensitivity when choosing a furniture-care product and keep the container available so the complete ingredient and precaution information can be checked.

Keep the label precautions with each bottle

The product contains petroleum distillates and may be harmful if swallowed. Keep it away from children and pets. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; immediately obtain poison-center or physician advice. Follow the label for exposure, including fresh air if inhaled, washing skin with soap and water after use and flushing eyes with plenty of water. Keep the original labeled bottles when distributing the case among cleaning locations.

Questions about this product

Is this one bottle or a six-bottle case?

The offer contains six trigger bottles, each holding 16 fluid ounces, for 96 fluid ounces in total. The individual bottle size is separate from the case quantity. Each bottle uses a manual trigger sprayer, so apply it using the bottle’s directions rather than aerosol-can spraying instructions.

How long should the oil remain before wiping?

The bottle directs you to work with a dry cloth along the grain, wait 30 seconds and wipe off excess. Heavy wax buildup has a five-minute dwell before wiping, with repetition if necessary. Test an inconspicuous area first when the finish is unknown and check the furniture maker’s care guidance.

Can this be used on a wood floor?

Do not spray or use it on floors: the label warns that it can leave them slippery. Its furniture-conditioning purpose does not override that restriction. Choose a care product appropriate to the actual floor finish instead, and keep this oil application confined to suitable furniture surfaces.

Does the orange scent mean it is suitable around food or pets?

The scent does not establish food-contact suitability or unrestricted use around animals. This formula contains petroleum distillates and fragrance allergens, and the label requires keeping it out of children’s and pets’ reach. Retain the original bottle, follow its handling directions and avoid making suitability assumptions from the fragrance name.

After scrubbing my cabinets down with Murphy oil soap, I went over them with this. The shine is amazing! It did a fabulous job making my cabinets look great again!

An awesome product. It brought my kitchen cabinets back like they'd been restained. It's amazing on antiques too. You have to try it.

My old furniture, new to me, looks amazing! I'm using this on my kitchen cabinets too! It smells clean and makes everything shine!

I buy this because I found out by accident that it knocks gnats down and kills them instantly. It slows down water roaches that run when you spray them with roach killer, and ants hate it too. It's a bug killer, which makes me wonder whether it's safe for what it was originally meant for. That last part is my opinion. The rest is fact.

The oil takes days to dry and leaves residue

It gives a great shine, but the problem is that it's oily, and no matter how much you wipe it dry, it leaves an oily look and marks. It's not ideal for kitchen cabinets. I'll stick with the old-fashioned foam spray, which does an amazing job. Maybe I'm not using it right? I'm not sure. Pledge quality is always a 5, but the oil just isn't for me.

It works great

[Incentivized review]

We recently got an older wooden vanity that belonged to my great-grandmother. I tried this on it, and it works so well! It does take a while to absorb completely, but once it does, the wood looks refreshed and much shinier and less dull. It also smells good for what it is. It's easy to apply too. I just sprayed it on and used a cloth. The bottle doesn't look very big, but a little goes a long way, and you get a lot for the price.

It brings the wood back to life

I figured my original 1903 hardwood floor would be a real test for this, and it passed! It sprays on easily and wipes up with no trouble. It left my dull wood looking moisturized with a nice shine, and it smelled great! It took a few hours to really soak in and dry, but afterward the floor still looked great. It wasn't sticky, tacky, or slippery, and it felt wonderful! I was so impressed that I did the original railing on our staircase too!
