Fragrance-free detergent for baby laundry stains

Seventh Generation Free & Clear Baby Laundry Detergent comes in one 45-fluid-ounce bottle, equivalent to 1.3 liters, rated for up to thirty medium loads. It is formulated without dyes or fragrances and targets familiar baby laundry stains such as spit-up, milk, baby food, dirt, mud, grass and oatmeal. Choose this liquid when you want a fragrance-free detergent for suitable washable baby clothing and other compatible laundry.

Biobased cleaning with four enzyme blends

The formula includes plant-derived cleaning agents and water softener, together with protease, pectinase, amylase and mannanase enzyme blends. This is a ninety-seven-percent USDA Certified Biobased product, EPA Safer Choice Certified and Leaping Bunny Certified. The bottle is made from one hundred percent recycled plastic.

Line three for a medium load

Measure to cap line 3, or 1.5 fluid ounces, approximately 44 milliliters, for medium loads. For heavily soiled or larger loads, use line 5, or 2.2 fluid ounces, approximately 65 milliliters. The up-to-thirty-load estimate uses the medium amount. Keep the marked cap with the bottle and check the liquid level when pouring; larger amounts reduce the number of washes supplied.

Use the dispenser in an HE washer

The liquid works in HE and standard washing machines and in hot or cold water. Use the detergent dispenser for HE washers. For standard washers, start the machine, add detergent and then add clothes. Follow garment care labels when sorting, choosing a cycle and selecting the water temperature. It can be used for suitable baby clothes and cloth diapers when their individual washing instructions allow this detergent.

Clean and dry the cap before closing

After dosing, rinse the cap and hand dry it thoroughly before closing the bottle. Alternatively, place the cap in the washing machine with the clothes, then dry it after the wash cycle and close the bottle. Do not put the cap into the dryer. Retaining the cap with this detergent keeps its medium and heavy-load measurements available for the next laundry session.

Keep the bottle labeled and out of reach

The detergent is septic safe when used as directed. Store it out of children’s reach in the original container and retain its precautions. Avoid eye contact and ingestion.
