About this product
Three 60-fluid-ounce laundry stain remover refills
Spray 'n Wash Pre-Treatment Laundry Stain Remover Refill provides liquid for replenishing a compatible Spray 'n Wash trigger bottle. This pack contains three refill bottles, each holding 60 fluid ounces, for 180 fluid ounces altogether. The large handled bottles are intended for refilling an applicator you already own. A trigger sprayer is not included. Choose this pack when you regularly pretreat laundry spots and want replacement liquid available beside your washing supplies.
Pretreat washable clothing before laundering
The liquid is used on a stain before the garment goes through its normal wash. It works with colorfast washable fabrics and across wash temperatures, subject to the clothing's care instructions. Do not use it on washable silk, khaki or fluorescent clothing. Test an inconspicuous area before treating the stain, and, when possible, treat and launder while the stain is still fresh. Remove the garment before application; do not treat clothing while wearing it.
Refill the trigger bottle
Shake the refill bottle well before pouring. Remove the trigger from the Spray 'n Wash spray bottle, then pour the refill liquid into that bottle. Refit the trigger before applying it as directed. Keep the refill supply securely stored out of children's reach between uses. The 60-fluid-ounce quantity refers to each refill bottle, while the amount needed for an individual pretreatment depends on the size of the stain being covered.
Cover the stain and wash within five minutes
Turn the applicator nozzle to the on position and spray the stain until it is completely covered. Leave the treatment for no more than five minutes, rub it into the stain and then wash according to the garment's care label in the warmest water recommended for that fabric. Chocolate is an exception to the rubbing step: do not rub chocolate stains. Follow that specific precaution when treating a chocolate spill.
Do not let the treatment dry on fabric
Plan the pretreatment for when you are ready to wash. Do not leave the liquid on a garment overnight or let it dry on the fabric. Leaving the treatment for more than five minutes can cause fading. Some marks, including rust, dried paint, permanent ink and bleach discoloration, may be impossible to remove. Consider the stain type and the fabric's condition rather than assuming that a longer soaking time will improve the result.
Apply carefully and protect nearby surfaces
Avoid overspray on plastic and painted surfaces. Do not get the liquid in your eyes or on skin, and avoid inhaling the spray. Wash with soap and water after skin contact and follow the package's precautions. Keep the bottles away from children and use the product as a laundry pretreatment. Applying it to a garment before laundering is different from spraying furniture or using a ready-to-go stain pen on clothing you are wearing.

About this product
Spray ’n Wash liquid refill for pretreating stains
Spray ’n Wash Pre-Treatment Laundry Stain Remover is a liquid treatment for everyday stains before clothing goes into the washing machine. This item contains one 60 fluid ounce refill bottle with a screw cap. It is intended to replenish a Spray ’n Wash trigger bottle you already have; a spray trigger is not included. Choose the refill format when you regularly pretreat suitable washable clothing and want to continue using your existing labeled spray bottle.
Refill the trigger bottle before treating laundry
Shake the liquid well before pouring. Unscrew and remove the trigger from your Spray ’n Wash spray bottle, then pour liquid from the refill bottle into that bottle. Replace the trigger and follow the spray bottle directions for use. Keep the refill in its original labeled container between refills so the product remains clearly identified. Handle the liquid carefully and keep it away from eyes, skin, children and pets while pouring.
Cover the stain and wash within five minutes
Turn the spray nozzle to the on position and cover the stain completely. Wait no more than five minutes, rub into the stain and wash according to the fabric care label using the warmest recommended water. Do not rub chocolate stains. Treat and launder while a stain is still fresh when possible. Do not allow the treatment to dry on garments or surfaces, and do not leave it on clothing longer than five minutes.
Test colorfast washable fabrics first
Always test an inconspicuous area of the garment before treating a visible stain. This formula is suitable for colorfast washables, with specific exclusions for washable silk, khaki and fluorescent clothing. Follow the fabric care label and the complete product directions before using it. Take the garment off before treating it. The treatment is intended for laundry pretreatment, so avoid transferring general surface cleaning advice or instructions from another stain remover to this product.
Works across wash temperatures
Spray ’n Wash can be used with other laundry additives as directed and works at different wash temperatures, including cold water. Continue to wash with your regular detergent and choose the temperature permitted by the clothing. Its cleaning formula contains surfactants and enzyme and also includes fragrance. Review the ingredient information when selecting laundry treatments for your household, especially if you avoid particular fragrance or preservative ingredients.
Recognize treatment limits and handling precautions
Some stains, including rust, dried paint, permanent ink and bleach marks, may be impossible to remove with a laundry stain remover. Avoid overspraying plastic or painted surfaces, and keep the liquid from drying on surrounding surfaces. Do not get it in eyes or on skin or inhale the spray. Store in a cool, dry place inaccessible to children and pets, and follow the complete package warnings and first aid instructions if exposure occurs.
