First: I hate using throwaway stuff. But sometimes I just can't do dishes-grandkids, lazy hubby, giveaways to neighbors… so these are most handy. Hold a lot, are tough, and look nice.

Didn't ask for this product, but apparently Equate store brand wasn't in stock. AGAIN. Very good way for us to pay more than we would have. Second time for us. We now have several items on our list for the Costco in Lubbock. Has anyone else noticed how many things they have to substitute higher-cost items vs Equate & even their other brands? So much for continuing to support local businesses!

8 inch plates are good for 1 sandwich. But 10 inches is better for 3 sandwiches. Great for sloppy joes. Or sandwich, salad, and pickles. Less dishes to clean. Great for heating chicken nuggets for snacks.

Where I live, a pack of paper plates goes for $40. I found this pack for only $20. Can't pass up that kind of price. Although I didn't get it in time when I wanted it, I can still use it for future use and it will last awhile. Quality is also great.

These Dixie plates are amazing. Very sturdy, even with heavy and wet food items. I love that you can just eat and then not have to worry about cleanup. I buy Dixie paper plates every other week. They are a staple in my home like milk, bread, or butter. I am a busy mom with busy kids and we need Dixie for our breakfast, lunch, and dinners. With work and sports we don't have time to do dishes. Our time is valuable and Dixie helps us spend our time with the family rather than doing dishes. I only buy Dixie because it always holds all of our food and never seeps through and makes the plates soggy. I usually buy the Dixie Everyday plates and find the 8.5 inch are a perfect size for all of our meals. We love Dixie paper plates!

We use these plates every day for everything! Strong and sturdy! We reuse our plates as many as 3 times. I've bought other brands and store brands and they don't even come close to these! And if you want plates that can handle the most moist foods, try Ultra! They can hold soups, stews, and lots of steam. And I love the bowls for chili and spaghetti! I love Dixie plates!

As a mother, I dread doing dishes. After trying a number of paper plate brands, Dixie is my favorite. No quality issues. Because of their thickness and durability, they're safe in the microwave with no problems. Food doesn't soak into the plates the way it does with other brands.
