Adjust the fit before choosing a sound mode

Triple-tapping either side cycles among three EQ modes: JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost. These provide different sound settings within the earbuds. Pair with one source and protect the case from moisture
Remove the shipping tab and close the case for initial setup, then take the earbuds out and select JLab GO Air Pop in the device’s Bluetooth menu when an earbud blinks blue and white. Only one device connects at a time. Returning the earbuds to the case powers them off and begins charging. Fully dry them first: the earbuds resist sweat and water, but the case does not. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity during use and storage.

What if the fit is uncomfortable or the sound changes?
Try a different supplied ear-tip size and adjust the position gently. Wax buildup in the tips can affect sound, so follow the cleaning guidance in the instructions.
