About this product
Ultra OXI laundry detergent in a thirty-two-pac tub
Tide PODS Ultra OXI Laundry Detergent Pacs come in one tub containing thirty-two pacs. Each pac holds detergent in a multi-chamber format designed to tackle tough, set-in stains and odors during the wash. Choose this format when you want to count out detergent pacs instead of pouring liquid into a measuring cap. The thirty-two count describes the number of pacs in the tub, and wash count depends on your dose.
Four laundry functions in each pac
Ultra OXI combines detergent, stain remover, color protector and built-in pretreaters in its four-in-one formula. The multi-chamber construction keeps ingredients separated until the pac meets the wash water. It contains fragrance and colorants as well as cleaning ingredients, so consider the formula if you avoid certain laundry ingredients. The built-in pretreaters provide stain-fighting ingredients within the detergent rather than requiring you to pour a separate detergent dose.
Place pacs in the empty drum before clothing
Handle the pacs with dry hands and put them at the bottom of the empty washer drum before adding laundry. Follow the package directions for the number of pacs appropriate to the load. The current dose guidance calls for two pacs for medium or large loads and three for extra-large or full loads. Check the package for small-load and deep-fill guidance, and leave enough room for water to circulate.
Works in HE, standard, hot and cold washes
The pac film is designed to dissolve in hot and cold water, and the detergent works with HE and standard washing machines. Choose the cycle and temperature allowed by the garment care labels. Put pacs directly in the drum rather than the detergent drawer and avoid overstuffing the washer. Correct placement helps water reach the pac during the cycle, which is important for the detergent to dissolve and distribute.
Plan your wash count by the directed dose
A thirty-two-pac tub provides sixteen washes when you use two pacs per wash. Loads requiring three pacs use the supply more quickly, so the tub should be compared by pac count and the loads you normally wash. Keeping the dose chart available helps everyone in the household choose the right quantity. Use detergent according to load size and the directions rather than adding extra just to increase scent.
Close and store the original tub after use
Fully close the tub immediately after taking out the pacs and store it in a cool, dry location out of reach of children and pets. Keep unused pacs protected from moisture and retain the original packaging with its precautions and dose chart. These are concentrated laundry detergent pacs for washing clothes. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest the contents; handle them only as directed for the wash.

Love these little pods! As an older woman I prefer them to lifting a big bottle of liquid. Measures exactly what you need! Thanks to whoever thought of that!

I find this particular variety harder to find. It dates to my first foray into pods, which is emotional for me-during the divorce my now ex-wife said she'd work around my clothes in the hamper and leave me to do my own dang laundry. I was petrified it seemed impossible I'd learn to take care of myself. Terrifying, but what a personal growth experience. Around the same time I'd lost a ton of weight from that stress killing my appetite, so I invested in a whole new wardrobe, googled detergents, and landed on these 4-in-1 Tide pods with Oxi. Holy shmoly-I could do it! Better than clothes had ever been washed before, with no measuring and without hot water. Whites were whiter than when the wicked witch had "done me the favor" of washing them. Laundry sounds meaningless, but for me it set the stage for realizing I could do self-care and manage a home of my own-better results without huge effort, and pride that carried into so much more of life 2.0. As for the pods: they really do a bang-up job in cold water, better than detergent with hot. Beware multiple pods-the maker suggests 2 or even 3 depending on soil and load size, but I've never seen a load not thoroughly cleaned with just one. When I used multiples, the detergent smell on a clean dry garment overpowered my cologne. Go easy-a little goes a long way. Used them for myself and my kids, so good for families, linens, and blankets alike. Read labels-best Tide pods in the world won't help if you machine-dry something that can't handle it or a silk pillowcase that needs Woolite. Follow the instructions with this particular pod and I believe you'll get better results than trusting clothes to anyone else.

Tide PODS Ultra OXI are convenient and easy-no measuring required. Clean well and help remove tough stains while keeping clothes looking bright. A little pricier than liquid, but worth it for the performance and simplicity.

Great cleaning. Good smell/fragrance. Not the cheapest, but an independent rating magazine (not naming names) has it among the highest for cleaning. If your clothes, towels, and bedding look nicer longer, you're saving money.

Love doing laundry since using these Tide Pods. Clean everything unbelievably well-clothes, towels, sheets, and bedding come out cleaner, brighter, and smelling so fresh. Never going back to bargain detergents. So convenient-no messy caps or dripping soap. New customer forever. Does a much better job than other brands and no pretreating needed. Worth the price!

About this product
Ultra OXI four-in-one detergent pacs, 57 count
Tide PODS Ultra OXI Laundry Detergent Pacs come in a 57-count pack with four-in-one detergent, stain remover, color protector, and built-in pretreaters. This is the Ultra OXI formula identified by UPC 030772091647. Match the Ultra OXI name and fifty-seven-pac count when selecting this pack. The premeasured format puts the washing detergent and its named cleaning features into individual pacs for the machine. Follow the dose guide on the actual package for the size of load being washed.
Built-in stain treatment during the wash
The Ultra OXI formula is designed to tackle tough, set-in stains with built-in pretreaters working as part of its four-in-one wash formula. Its other named functions are detergent cleaning, stain removal, and color protection. These features help match the product to loads where stain cleaning is a priority. Add the intact pacs as directed and choose the cycle according to the fabrics in the load. The built-in pretreaters are part of the detergent used in the washing machine.
Multi-chamber pacs for hot and cold water
The pacs use multi-chamber technology and a special film designed to dissolve in both hot and cold water. The formula is identified for standard and high-efficiency washing machines, with quick-collapsing Smart Suds. Cold-water cleaning is one of its stated uses. Select the temperature according to the garment care labels and the items being washed. Follow the machine instructions when loading, and place the required pacs into the washer before the clothes so the directed loading order is maintained.
Fragranced formula and measured pac supply
The ingredient information includes cleaning surfactants, fragrance, colorants, and enzymes named amylase and mannanase. The pack supplies fifty-seven individual detergent pacs; the number of washes depends on how many the package directs you to use for each load. Use the actual package dosing guide when comparing the supply with a different count. Keep its instructions available rather than treating the number of pacs as a fixed wash total across all load sizes and soil levels.
Dry handling and secure original storage
Handle laundry pacs with dry hands and keep the container closed between uses to protect them from moisture. Tide instructs users to keep laundry products in their original containers with labels intact and to store pacs up, closed, and out of children’s reach. Close the pack fully immediately after each use. Retain the label for all precautions and disposal directions. The original labeled container keeps the exact Ultra OXI dose guide and product information together with the remaining pac supply.
