30 SECONDS Outdoor Multi-Surface Cleaner Concentrate is a 1 gallon liquid concentrate for outdoor cleaning, formulated to remove stains from algae, mold, mildew, dirt and grime on many exterior surfaces. It is sold under the 30 SECONDS brand and has a wood scent.

Mix equal parts cleaner and water, apply to a dry surface, then rinse with a garden hose. The formula is described as plant and lawn safe when used as directed and contains no phosphates.

Best Cleaner I've Ever Bought..

My nephew turned me on to this. I had mold on the end of my home that ugly green stuff not black mold. I bought some and WOW just attached to my water hose and started spraying. The mold and dirt came off with having to do anything but spray with water. I use it all the time on my home and porch. It's well worth the buy.

Be aware.

I bought this gallon refill to fill the spray bottle that connects to the hose but found the spray bottle tops DO NOT come off. I checked this on line and the answer to "are 30 Second cleaners spray bottles refillable?" NO. Duh!!!
Fortunately I had a similar spray bottle with a removable top so was able to finish my project.
The actual 30 second fluid is very good but was so disappointed (and very frustrated) to find this con.

Easy to use and it works as advertised

My composite deck was stained with leaf residue. The 30 second product worked as advertised. I used one gallon and did the whole deck, which is quite large and badly stained. The deck now looks great ! I will use this product periodically to keep the deck looking great.

I like that all I needed to do was dilute and spray it on. Does not involve the waste of electricity and water of power washing. My driveway and walks were heavily involved. I DID brush it. I didn t like so much that it is going to take many gallons to do my job. However it IS easy to order and get delivery at 11 to 12$ a gallon.
