Boka Lemon Lavender nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste is a fluoride-free paste designed for adults with sensitive teeth. It pairs citrus lemon and floral lavender for a sweet, fresh flavor while using nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) in place of fluoride to support enamel contact.

Use a pea-sized amount and brush two minutes twice daily; the manufacturer recommends not rinsing after brushing to allow the paste contact time on enamel.

Healthy toothpaste

When choosing a n-HA toothpaste, it is important to get one that uses the only good n-HA molecul and according to my dentist, only rod-shaped molecules do anything beneficial for teeth. The price seems to be the only way of telling, the rod-shaped molecules cost more. Like $9 for 3.4oz.

The Best Toothpaste Ever

I've been using this brand for years. I love it. My teeth are no longer sensitive. My mouth feels clean all day and the taste is pleasant too. I no longer use any type that doesn't have hydroxyapatite. It has made such a positive change in my self care.
