How much do I get?

How do I dose it?
Fill both the pre-wash and main wash cups in the dishwasher door. Using only the main cup is the usual cause of poor results with a gel.
Is it the same gel as the 120 oz bottle?
Yes, the same Complete formula. Only the bottle size and pack format differ.
Why buy a twin pack rather than one large bottle?
Two 75 oz bottles are easier to handle than one 120 oz, and you can keep one in the kitchen and one in a utility room. Per ounce the large bottle is slightly cheaper.
Do I need a rinse aid as well?
Usually yes with a gel, particularly in hard water. Spotting and cloudy glassware come from missing rinse aid rather than from the detergent.
Can I use it in any dishwasher?
Yes, it is rated for residential dishwashers. It is not a commercial machine detergent.
Can I use it for hand washing dishes?
No. It is far more alkaline than hand dish soap and will irritate skin.
What scent is it?
Fresh. It is a concentrated gel dishwasher detergent rather than a powder or pod, supplied as a two bottle set.
What do I do if dishes come out gritty?
That is usually undissolved detergent from a cold fill or a blocked dispenser door, not the gel. Check the door opens fully and run the hot tap before starting the cycle.
