Goo Gone Pro-Power Pump Spray

Love this stuff. Really cleaned up my furniture that was in storage for five years. Used on many surfaces but was pleasantly surprised it cleaned the gunk buildup on my wooded furniture, even antiques. Of course, polished afterward. Use it to get sticky stuff off all kinds of things also.

I bought this Goo Gone Pro-Power pump spray because I had a nightmare situation on my hands. My toddler found a sheet of stickers and decided our hardwood floor was the perfect art canvas. Regular soap and water just smeared the sticky residue everywhere and made things worse.

The pump spray is easy to use. One or two sprays directly on the gunk, wait about two minutes, and the residue starts looking wet and wrinkly. I used a plastic scraper and a paper towel, and the stickers came off in satisfying little rolls. No elbow grease needed. The smell is strong but not chemical-burn strong-it's actually citrusy, like concentrated orange cleaner. I didn't hate it, but I also opened a window.

Here's my honest warning. This stuff is oily. After the gunk was gone, the floor felt slick, so I had to wipe everything down twice with soapy water to get the residue from the Goo Gone itself off. That part took almost as long as removing the stickers. Also, test it on an invisible spot first. I used it on a painted wall once and it dulled the finish slightly.

The pump spray mechanism is fine but not precise. You get a wide mist instead of a focused stream, so put down newspaper or a towel around whatever you're cleaning.

I'm hoping this bottle lasts me a while because I only need a tiny amount each time. So far, it's earned a spot under my kitchen sink.

Stickers beware, your days are numbered

Goo Gone products have been my "go to" for years and years. I like the added convenience of having a bottle with a pump/spray action in addition to a bottle of liquid. Sometimes I just need a little spritz of the product to get the job done and this bottle does the trick. It's not too runny and stays in place to remove sticky goo residue. Wonderful product!

Wow! I was not expecting this to work so well. I sprayed the area and wiped. That was it. Awesome product. Thank you. And how old is this product? How long has it been around. Dahhhh!

I had this delivered because I needed to use the stand which was delivered earlier that day. The label covering almost all of the top shelf left adhesive residue all over and this product just made that residue disappear in seconds. Clean up was easy, also. Highly recommend this product.
