Directions

Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film. Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth, aligning the edges with your gumline and pressing gently to secure them. Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the strips, discard them, and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.

Best white strips!

I have had trouble with sensitivity in the past when I used conventional Crest whitestrips. I have used these for the past 3 days straight and I have no sensitivity and I can already notice a difference in the color of my teeth. They have a subtle mint/coconut flavor and stick well and stay in play when you apply them. I highly recommend these instead of Crest if you have a sensitivity problem. You won't be disappointed!

Great for the price

I really liked these whitening strips! They're gentle on my sensitive teeth but still made a noticeable difference after a few uses. I really like GuruNanda products. I definitely have sensitive teeth, and normal whitening strips really hurt after a while and I can't leave them on the whole time. I don't have that problem with these. They stay on well, don't cause any discomfort, and are gently whitening my teeth. You won't get instant, drastic results so be patient.

Good whitening strips without discomfort

Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with these whitening strips. I am not a smoker, and use fluoride toothpaste, but my teeth are a little on the yellow side with some discoloration. I tried one time of these whitening strips, and am excited to continue to use them. I did not experience any discomfort in my gums and I do like how good they are at staying put. I do think they are a little difficult to get off if you don't use the full 30 minutes. I did about 25 minutes and had a little residue leftover. I think for one use, it got my teeth about one level whiter. I would use these again.
