Yes. Three plies is what separates the Ultra Soft line from a standard 2-ply tissue, and it is why it holds up through a cold without disintegrating.

Yes, it carries a hypoallergenic rating.
Is it scented?
No, unscented, which matters when you are using them on a face that is already sore.
Does it have lotion in it?
No. Ultra Soft is softness through ply and fiber rather than a lotion coating. If you want lotion, that is a different Kleenex line and it will feel damp to the touch by design.
What is it made of?
Wood pulp, with no lotion or additive on the sheet.
Are they flushable?
No. Facial tissue does not break down like toilet paper and will block a toilet.
Can I use them on glasses or a screen?
On glasses, at a push, though tissue can leave lint and micro-scratch a coated lens. A microfiber cloth is the right tool for both.
How does a single box compare with the 4 pack?
