I used to chew surgarless Trident gum a lot for fresh breath. But I decided to try this respectable Listerine product. I'll tell you what. If you're going for immediate fresh breath that lasts a long time. Even as long as Listerine mouth wash itself. One of these little sheets that come in this small easy to carry and use are the best to use!

My love for these will never waiver. They’re quick to dissolve and you’ll have instant fresh breathe but be warned - if you’re not expecting the icy blast you might feel like you ate a spoonful of wasabi. My kids call these “spicy paper”.
