Lodge Cast Iron Black Rust Eraser is a rubber-and-abrasive eraser pad sized for one-handed use to remove surface rust and tarnish from cast iron cookware, grill grates, knives and tools. After use the metal will need to be re-seasoned.

Directions
Scour the rusty sections with Lodge Rust Eraser, then wash pan with warm soapy water. Once completely dry, add thin layer of cooking oil and apply to entire surface. Preheat oven between 450 and 500 degrees, and place aluminon foil in bottom rack of pan for excess oil. Bake for 1 hour.
