Nordic Ware Naturals high-sided roasting and baking pan with a removable black nonstick crisping rack. The aluminum pan measures 19.6" x 12.9" x 2.3" and the steel grid rack has easy-to-grip handles and doubles as a cooling rack for baked goods.
Use the pan with the rack for in-oven crisping, air-fry style cooking and roasting, or remove the rack for sheet-pan meals, casseroles and fruit crisps. Hand wash in warm soapy water; pan and rack are built for quick, even heat distribution.
