Oral-B Plus Scope Nighttime Dental Guard is a thin, flexible mouthpiece designed to help reduce teeth grinding during sleep and freshen breath with Scope Original Mint flavor. It is one-size-fits-all for adults and is intended for at-home nighttime use.

The kit includes a mouthguard, an impression tray for a custom fit formed with a short microwave step, and a storage case. The materials are BPA-free and latex-free plastic and silicone. Do not use with braces, loose teeth, or if you have TMJ, tooth or jaw pain.

Why Oral-B Works for Me (Snoring, grinding teeth)

I bought this and "not" a less expensive generic. Dentist said get Oral-B. I wanted a sleep guard. The one's the dentist make very costly. Dentist said to use the Oral-B. Sure-- might have to buy 2-3 a year. Price is fair. I grind teeth have a hard bite. This takes care of that. I do snore. I've used a mouthpiece for years. Z-Quiet and a couple others. Z-Quiet was best in that category. After talking with dentist-- they said have you considered a mouthguard-- like Oral-B? No. They said--it can help with snoring, and other very, very mild sleep apnea symptoms. Explained about teeth alignment. Have not been informed about it--this way. Have used a Oral-B for a couple months. Yes-- a significant difference in my sleep and how I wake up. Might want to get your dentist to technically explain. Used Z-Quiet for years. Like it. For me--the Oral-B.. has made a strong difference.

it works perfectly for me ... i no longer wake up with clenched teeth. i found it fairly easy to customize and it's comfy enough that i don't have any trouble falling asleep with it in my mouth. i just clean it with a toothbrush and toothpaste and then give it a quick bath with my mouthwash.

Making a night guard with the Oral B kit is waaaaayyyy better than having a dentist make one.

The dentist uses a tray of gloppy stuff 😬 that makes the patient think he/she is going to choke!

This night guard is made in the microwave in just a few minutes. Protect your teeth the more comfortable way 😊

Less is More!

I was surprised when I received this replacement guard, because it was for a considerably bulkier one. I followed the instructions- except I used boiling water in a bowl instead of a microwave to soften the guard- and the end result is great. The slimmer guard clips in just as firmly as the old one and is so much more comfortable!
