OUT! Multi-Surface Pet Urine Carpet Stain & Odor Remover, 32 oz (Fresh) is an enzymatic, pro-bacteria liquid formulated for urine stains and odors on water-safe surfaces. It is intended for use on carpets, rugs, upholstery, fabrics, sealed wood, tile, vinyl, concrete and similar surfaces and for dog and cat messes. The label states it works on both new and old urine problem areas and neutralizes odors rather than just masking them.
Follow label directions: test an inconspicuous area first, remove excess waste, saturate the area, allow at least five minutes to penetrate, blot excess and allow to dry. The product ingredients list includes purified water, non-pathogenic bacteria, denatured ethanol, natural enzymes, mild cleansers and fragrance.

Directions
DIRECTIONS: Shake bottle well. Before use, apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area to test for colorfastness, and allow test area to completely dry and observe for any color change. Remove excess waste with a paper towel, then saturate the problem area. If treating carpet, cover two times the carpet area to be sure to use enough product to reach the carpet backing and padding. Allow at least five minutes for the product to penetrate the surface, then blot excess with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Allow area to dry naturally. Once the area is completely dry, any residual odor will disappear. If odor persists, repeat as needed.
WARNING: Avoid eye contact; product may irritate eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Keep this and all cleaning products out of reach of children and animals.
