Poligrip Extra Strength Denture and Partials Adhesive Powder is a zinc-free, unflavored powder formula in a 1.6 oz dispenser made for adults. It is intended to help seal dentures and partials to help keep out food particles and reduce gum irritation while holding dentures in place throughout normal daily use.

Keep the dispenser tip dry to avoid clogging. Follow the included directions for applying lightly and evenly to denture surfaces, rinsing the mouth before insertion, and removing adhesive with warm water and a soft brush.

Directions

For the first time, spray very lightly. Use more if needed. Too much adhesive can cause oozing. It may take a few tries to find the right amount for your denture. Apply once a day for secure hold. If you need to apply more than once a day, you may have an ill-fitting denture and should seek advice of your dental care professional. APPLYING: 1. Clean dentures thoroughly and leave wet. 2. Spray powder very lightly and evenly onto denture surfaces coming into contact with gums or roof of mouth. 3. Rinse mouth before inserting dentures. 4. Thoroughly shake off any excess powder. 5. Press dentures into place, hold firmly, and bite down for a few seconds to secure hold. FOR UPPERS: Position bottle as illustrated below so powder is dispensed over a large surface. Move tip from front to back of denture. FOR LOWERS: Position bottle as illustrated below so powder is dispensed in thin stream. Move tip along "U" of denture channel. REMOVING: 1. Swish mouth with water. 2. Slowly remove denture using a rocking motion. 3. Wipe adhesive residue from denture and mouth with soft, moist cloth. 4. Use Polident Cleanser to thoroughly clean your denture and then rinse with water. HELPFUL HINTS: Ill-fitting dentures may impair your health. Visit your dentist regularly to check your denture fit. To avoid clogging, keep dispenser tip dry.

Poligrip dentures powder adhesive

I am very pleased with this Poligrip extra strength denture adhesive powder.
It is very effective in keeping my dentures secure without any issues.
The powder comes out in a thin line so you are sure to get the right amount.
The powder is a lot better than the paste, there isn't any goo residue.
Your dentures will stay put, you can eat without fear that they will be loose.
There isn't a taste with this powder, some have mint flavors but I prefer none.

I have both upper and lower dentures and with this powder I am confident in the holding powder.

This works GREAT on lowers!

I have been applying this and experimenting with the power level, seal and removal. Little to no taste and the hold for the lowers is greatly improved. Removal from denture and gums is much easier. It's affordable and my hold time was 8 hours.

Very good

When I had to get dentures I started out by using the adhesive which worked well enough but you had to be very careful not to use too much and I found it hard to remove from gums and roof of my mouth so I decided to try the powder. It very easy to use, has decent hold and easier to get rid of residue after denture removal. I cannot really say it is as strong as the adhesive but works very well for my needs. Added bonus it seems to be less costly

This actually works quite well, as it holds his upper denture in solidly all day. (It would be unfair to any product formulation to comment on lower because that denture is not a good fit) Also It is "MINIMALLY" obnoxious cleaning out the residue upon removal of denture. Nowhere near what the cream versions leave in your mouth. And zinc is not listed in the ingredients.

poligrip it is the best powder

I love it I can't use the other stuff I only can use the powder and it's the greatest thing ever except for one flaw it starts coming out of a morning and it awful whenever it does but other than that this product is number one for a teeth number one I give it a 20 thumbs up thank you thank you poligrip please keep the powder oh yeah another time downfall is why is it so hard to get off of my teeth I mean it's okay I love this stuff but it just takes me forever to get it off any suggestions if so contact me you can find my information on here I'm sure poligrip
