Wrap: Wrap large cuts without tearing or punctioning. Smoke: Make woodchip packets out of foil to add smoke flavor (See ReynoldsKitchem.com for directions). Create: Twist sheets of foil into ropes and shape into rings to hold foods in place while smoking.
