Neighborhood cats were using the mulch in my flower garden as a litter box. This product completely resolved the issue.

Keeps the neighborhood cats away on trash day. Wearing a mask when using the powder from the can might help if you have a sensitive nose like I do.

Definitely worth trying

We just did our landscaping in front of our home. We started noticing our neighbor's cat began to spray in our mulched area. The scent was becoming overwhelming. Because we do have other critters (coyotes, fox, neighbors' dogs), we just wanted them to stay away. Bought this product because of the reviews. The product has a shaker top making it easy to use. We sprinkled along the edges of our landscaping. The scent is kind of like eucalyptus, pleasing (much better than cat urine). It does not mask odor. Day by day you could notice the cats had not returned as the pungent spray odor dissipated. It has been ten days and I can see he has changed his pattern and is not coming up my property. Hopefully it is enough to change his routine after a period of time. I bought two containers. I think it is expensive for the size of the container but we have a large area to cover. Definitely worth a try since it deters critters.

Good stuff

This stuff is great. You can definitely smell the pepper but it is not overpowering or nasty for humans. I have sprinkled this around our garden and fence gates and the rabbits, raccoons, and cats have started leaving our yard alone.

Keeping the critters out of my garden

Late at night some critter, squirrel, raccoon, deer, etc., kept digging up my newly planted veggie garden. I sprinkled this around the perimeter and so far so good. Says it is only good for 30 days though. I am hoping to get some potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers, etc.
