Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

What is the active ingredient?

How does it help with sensitive teeth?
Sensitivity usually comes from exposed dentine, where tiny tubules run to the nerve. Stannous fluoride forms a mineral layer over that exposed surface with repeated use. It is a cumulative effect rather than an immediate one.
How long before it works?
Expect a noticeable difference over about two weeks of twice-daily use, with continued improvement after that. Stopping lets the effect fade, so it is intended as a daily paste rather than a short course.
Is it sodium lauryl sulfate free?
Yes. SLS-free is a rated ingredient preference on this formula, which matters if you get mouth ulcers or irritation from foaming agents in regular toothpaste.

How does it whiten?
