Zep Home Pro Mold and Mildew Stain Eraser and Cleaner is a bleach-based spray formulated to lift mold and mildew stains from common bathroom surfaces. It is sold as a 32 fl oz (1 QT / 946 mL) bottle with a Clean Fresh scent and is intended for use on tile, grout, tubs, showers and sinks.

Best bathroom cleaner out there!!

I love Zep products and thought I've tried them all, but this is a game changer. I've never seen anything clean without scrubbing. I had grout that was dyed pink from hair dye and nothing could get it out. I sprayed this on and forgot about it and went back to scrub and it was not pink anymore. Same with these hard to reach areas that I have to use little brushes on to clean and takes forever because water sits in the holes. When I came back they were white. This will be the only bathroom cleaner that I'll be buying from now on. Thank you Zep for another great product!!

Spotless grout with no scrubbing. None.

It might actually be magic. Stained brown grout that I have been scrubbing to no avail for a DECADE is now white (the original color) with *zero* scrubbing. Mildew on the ceiling from having a teenage daughter who acts like using the fan will be the death of her: gone.

Full disclosure: the fumes are INTENSE. You will need lots of airflow until it dries or you rinse it off.

Excellent results for fair price

I sprayed this onto shower tile grout and left it there for two hours, which is admittedly not what the instructions say to do. It got rid of the mold and mildew after one use.
I did it a second time for good measure.
Smell is not strong but not good for you to inhale a lot so I left the fan on and rinsed the area very well at the end. I also used soapy water at the end to make sure I got all the chemical off the surface.

Works great!

I take hot showers so mold has grown on my ceiling and walls over time in my restroom. It works so well and showed GREAT results! I definitely recommend letting the area you spray air out since the smell is strong. I have used it on other areas around my house and it shows great results.
